Triticum aesitivum ssp aesitivum Heirloom Originally developed in 1865 on the farm of M.G. Foisy near West Woodburn, Oregon. A late maturing and awnless soft spring wheat adapted to wetter winter soils of the Pacific West which produces a tasty flour for bread to pastries. Grown by local farmer Doug Mosel of the Mendocino Grain Project~200 seeds
